When you do a quotation on Bookmark.co.za, a list of books will be displayed. The ebook option will have the word ‘ebook’ in brackets in front of the title. When you download a quotation the word ‘ebook’ will once again appear in front of the title and the end of the product code. See example below.

When ordering ebooks from Bookmark.co.za, please follow the following steps:

Step 1

• It is important to choose the correct book (make sure that it is the ebook option). Click on "Put in bag".

Step 2

• Once you completed your purchase via Checkout, you will find your unique ebook tokens on your invoice. You must use these tokens to claim your ebooks.

Step 3

• Do the payment by choosing a payment option, agree to the terms and conditions and proceed.

Step 4

• After you click on the "Proceed" button, The user will be taken to the PayU site if they have selected the credit card option. On the Site they will select the credit card option then fill in their details. Click on the "Pay Now" button to process the payment.

Step 5

• You will receive a confirmation of your purchase which will include the invoice number, title of ebook(s) and the total amount of your invoice. 

• Your invoice will display the unique code that you need to download your book.
