REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• If you wish to return any product sold by Bookmark for a lawful reason other than a product failure or defect, you must do so within 10 (ten) business days after the date of purchase.

• We will refund you the amount paid for the product or exchange the product if you are able to provide us with the original till slip, the unused product in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

• We retain the right to charge you a reasonable amount for consumption or depletion of the product and for necessary restoration costs to render the product fit for re-stocking.

• Redeemed software access codes (such as eBook purchases, airtime, music, games and textbook additional digital content) may not be returned/refunded due to the nature of the technology.

• With regards to online orders, if the book was incorrectly supplied, faulty or damaged, we will try our best to exchange it for the correct one, depending on the availability of the product.

• If not available we will refund your money, including the shipping cost, as soon as we have received your return and verified that everything is in order.
